I have an issue with MADVR where when you play a 3D movie (1080p) and you stop it I lose HDMI handshake going from 3D 1080p back to 4k 2160p.

Using the HDMI port on Intel iGPU does not allow to output 10bit because the drivers always dither to 8bit (I checked that with my AVR reporting 4:4:4 8bit signal).Д¬ould we have an option in madVR to force 12bit output?ДЇound a bug with D3D11, on my system anyway. Maybe the madVR HDR>SDR conversion is too heavy to be handled by the iGPU? I tried with EVR, the video is smooth but HDR is not converted to SDR. I have not been able to watch 'The world in HDR' 4K 60fps 10bit demo:Д®ven using bilinear scaling, on my 1080p TV the rendering is very slow. Should I have a faster rendering with D3D11? Using D3D9, average rendering was much better (5ms) but with max rendering time > 25ms. Setting decoding to D3D11 native result in an average rendering time of 25ms, mostly stable even with light scaling settings. I have disabled all image correction settings in Intel drivers. I am using MPC-HC, madVR and LAV filters for my HTPC (iGPU HD 630). This forces D3D11 to use copy-back mode otherwise it defaults to native if left set to Automatic. This sounds like the issue I had which I fixed by manually selecting my GPU in the Hardware Device to use section of LAV video's properties. With HD H-264 8-bit videos, play starts normally.

With D3D11 and 4K 10-bit HEVC videos, the video never starts and the screen stays black. I recently installed latest LAV to activate D3D11 instead of DXVA copy-back. I'm using latest LAV with DXVA copy-back (see below) but I have the same problem with MPC-HC internal filters I gotta do this everytime I play a new video. Solution: exiting fullscreen and reentering fullscreen.

Following an Nvidia driver update (GTX 1080), once I launch a video in fullscreen (exclusive mode), the screen blinks/flashes green/pink with the video playing on the background.
